AgelessDerma 30 Day Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our first goal. If for any reason you are not happy with Ageless Derma products, simply return the products for a refund within 30 days of purchase date.

To obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and process a return, email us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please mention your order number along with the reason for return. Upon receiving your request, we will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and an issued RMA number. Return will be processed in 5 days and the credit will be issued.

Any purchase made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card. If the original credit card account has expired or been canceled, we cannot issue a refund. Purchase made through PayPal , will be refunded through PayPal. Shipping is not refundable, however if you received a damaged or incorrect product we will refund the shipping.

Same product can not be returned more than one time.
